A message is one question to KITT, spoken or typed, with its answer. Purchased messages do not expire and are used only once the free messages of the month have run out.
All payments are processed through Stripe as one-time payments. Nothing is charged again unless you buy another pack.
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of a purchase as long as you have not used any message of that pack. Write to the contact address in these Terms.
